By creating a ReputeDesk account or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you don't agree, don't use ReputeDesk. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and ReputeDesk.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering contracts. You must use ReputeDesk only for lawful purposes and only for managing reviews of a business you own, operate, or are authorised to represent. You may not use ReputeDesk to manipulate reviews of competitors, businesses you don't represent, or for any deceptive purpose.
You are responsible for keeping your password secure. You must notify us immediately at hello@reputedesk.app if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. We are not liable for losses arising from credentials you fail to secure.
You may have one account per person. Multiple accounts for the same business are not permitted on the same plan tier.
ReputeDesk offers a 10-day free trial. After the trial ends, you may choose to subscribe to a paid plan. Subscriptions renew automatically each month or year (depending on your selection). You can cancel at any time from your dashboard — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you'll retain access until then.
Pricing is in US Dollars unless otherwise noted. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice; existing subscribers keep their current rate until their next renewal after the change.
Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods. If you believe you've been charged in error, contact hello@reputedesk.app within 30 days and we'll review.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
ReputeDesk uses third-party AI models (currently OpenAI's GPT models) to generate reply drafts. The drafts are suggestions only. You are responsible for reviewing every reply before posting it to your Google Business Profile or anywhere else. ReputeDesk is not liable for the content of replies you choose to post.
You retain ownership of any content you post using replies drafted by ReputeDesk.
You retain ownership of all review data, business information, and customisations you submit to ReputeDesk. By using the service, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use that data solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.
We do not use your data to train AI models.
We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may schedule maintenance windows or experience outages. We are not liable for losses arising from downtime.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReputeDesk is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption. Our total cumulative liability for any claim arising from these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 100, whichever is greater.
You agree to indemnify and hold ReputeDesk harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or your violation of these Terms.
You can terminate your account at any time from your dashboard. We can terminate or suspend accounts for violations of these Terms with reasonable notice (or immediately, where the violation is serious). Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms occasionally. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 30 days before they take effect. The current version is always available at https://reputedesk.app/terms/.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Lahore, Pakistan, except where local consumer protection law gives you alternative rights.
